Casa Nautica is a casual and contemporary styled, 1200 sq. ft. (110 sq. mt.) ground floor condo rental, located in the desirable Quinta Maya complex in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. Puerto Aventuras is a gated residential community along the Riviera Maya and ideally suited to families and couples looking for a very safe, tropical destination away from the crowds but large enough to offer all of the services one could need during a week or more stay.

The popular Quinta Maya condo complex is located on Fatima Bay and is just a short stroll from the village center, where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, services and the meeting place for many activities such as deep sea fishing, catamaran & snorkel tours and scuba diving operations among others.

The furnishing and finish of Casa Nautica is bright, modern, and tasteful with a nautical theme that celebrates the warm Caribbean environment. Rich hardwoods, along with cultured marble and stone, blend perfectly. Extra high ceilings, a retractable wall between the Guest bedroom and living room, plus the extensive use of mirrors, all contribute to the spacious atmosphere.

An open floor plan tie the kitchen, dining area and living room together. The entire condo, including kitchen, is set up to ensure that everything is provided that you might require to make this your home away from home. The living room continues with the bright, fresh nautical theme. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen on one end and sliding glass doors providing access to a covered terrace on the other. This terrace is only steps from the garden pool.  From there it is over the bridge, through a short breezeway and you are at the oceanfront pool and beach in less than one minute making it very convenient.

Off of the living room you will find the Guest bedroom fitted with a Queen bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, finished in beautiful cut stone, marble and tile. This bedroom is designed with a wall of fold away louvered wooden panel doors that stretch the length of one wall to close the room off. The innovative design allows the room to open to the living area providing a more bright, airy and open feel to the condo, or it can be closed off to provide the privacy one will want when sleeping. The bedroom has sliding glass doors with walkout to the covered terrace and the garden pool just beyond. The spacious Master Suite is located at the back of the unit just to the right of the entry. This suite has a King bed on a pedestal plus a stunning en-suite bathroom with shower.

The condo enjoys a soothing view of Quinta Maya’s garden pool and tranquil gardens. Although no ocean view, the beach and that inviting blue Caribbean water is only steps away. This location provides you with the convenience and amenities of an beachfront complex but without the beachfront pricing normally associated with such a desirable location. With a view of the pool and an abundance of tropical plants, the setting is soothing and relaxed. A small grill is provided and a stone table with hardwood chairs invite you to relax while the kids frolic in the pool.

Casa Nautica is one of only two ground floor units located in the B building of the captivatingly gorgeous, Quinta Maya condo rental complex. The other ground floor unit in this building is Casa Serena. The B building is situated behind the A building which is beachfront, meaning you are only steps from the beach and ocean. The Quinta Maya condo rental complex has a total of 19 units between the two buildings so it is a small, sophisticated and intimate environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners and other guests, many of whom have been returning for years. The complex offers two captivating, free form swimming pools, beautiful gardens, and an inviting slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water. The entire development is stylish and well manicured.

The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras.  These buildings stand out even from a distance with their interesting lines.  As they draw you in for closer inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail.  Arches & curves, hand carved doors, decorative iron work,  chandeliers, stone carvings, marble mosaics, domed ceilings, and wonderful columns are all part of the extras which make these buildings something special.

RATES                              **FREE NIGHT – BOOK 7 NIGHTS AND PAY FOR 6 ONLY**

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
4. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
5. The maximum occupancy of the condo is 5 people.
6. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted holidays which is 1 week and during the winter season when stays of less than 1 week will be considered on an individual basis. During the winter season Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred. Others will be considered on an individual basis.
7. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
8. On rentals of more than 2 weeks a surcharge will apply for excessive electrical consumption. Any electrical consumption over 15 kWh per night will be extra and charged at the going rate per kWh. We will need to collect a refundable deposit of $300 USD for this purpose.
9. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
10. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
11. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

Hi Desiree, We had a fantastic stay as per usual at Quinta Maya. It is still our favorite vacation spot as we feel that security and comfort is what we desire. We also feel that this is the best location for us as the proximity to the beach is such a plus snorkeling almost daily while the weather co-operated. An added plus, the availability of eating at our favorite spots was excellent.  We appreciate having the washer/dryer, although as a combined unit, it functions well, but it does takes time and getting used to. The condo is very well situated to the Marina and the beach. All the amenities are wonderful to have and made the stay very enjoyable. The washer dryer, the electric barbecue, the well stocked kitchen and pantry, the patio on the courtyard with pool. I didn’t have a family with me but I can see where this condo easily accommodates at least a family of four.

Perfect Condo & Location – We had such a wonderful time! Casa Nautica was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. The condo complex Quinta Maya was beautiful and wonderfully maintained by the amazing groundskeepers who were a pleasure to be around. We felt very safe at our condo which is our number one priority when traveling with our little ones. The condo was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and we loved that we could just take a 5 min walk to go and eat. It was a really perfect location and great place to vacation for families. Thank you so much, we are already talking about our next vacation and coming back! Also we must say that dealing with Desiree has been such a smooth ride and you guys have set up everything for us, very prompt, efficient and professional! Just returned a few days ago from my home away from home in Puerto Aventuras. This was my third stay at Quinta Maya in a year. I have stayed in several condos on this property, all were great.   I especially like Nautica because of the location. Ground floor steps to the pool and the beach. The condo was well maintained, the kitchen well equipped. This is a must for me as we eat in a lot. Everything and more than we needed for a great holiday. The property management, Lothar and Roberto were great and as usual thanks to Desiree in taking care of the booking process. Everything went smoothly as usual.

We loved the town, the condo, and the short walk to the shops and restaurants. The directions to get there were easy to follow. The condo was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were plenty of towels. The air conditioning worked great. The pool right outside the door was fabulous. Thank you for a great vacation.

Hello Desiree, First, we have been very disappointed with the corkscrew opener provided in the kitchen of the apartment. Fortunately I always bring my own cork opener, which proved an excellent initiative this time. Getting serious now, the positives: essentially all the rest!  Great location, and certainly the best appointed apartment we have ever rented in the South. We especially appreciated the various supplies provided in the kitchen, those things one does not buy for a short stay:  herbs and spices, salt, etc. The appliances, kitchen tools and table ware were very good. One thing missing however:  table cloths for the dining room (we ended up using dish towels for this purpose). The place was quiet, clean and beautiful and we positively loved it. The service provided by Lothar and Roberto the property managers was spotless, whether for water delivery or printing our boarding passes upon leaving.  We had some problems with the TV set following a power failure caused by a storm. I guess that the TV set has not re-booted to its initial settings after the blackout. Roberto had to make calls but he fixed the problem quickly and satisfactorily. The maid service by Catarina was also excellent.  We can only recommend the apartment. Regards,  François & Michele
