Your stay at Mayan Waters will be centered around water and its’ strong healing effects on body and soul. The soothing effects are not reserved just for the outdoors. Once you open the impressive hand carved wooden double doors and step inside this spacious condo, the stress of modern life will be left behind. The open design is ideal for the natural flow of movement and conversation. A pleasing mix of old and new is tastefully integrated into the interior design and finishing of this impressive condo. Heavy, solid wood, hacienda style furniture seems totally in sync with plush sofas and pillow top mattresses.

The spacious full kitchen is well equipped to prepare anything from a refreshing cocktail, to a light snack, or a multi course meal. Granite counter tops, a large breakfast bar with seating for four, rich mahogany cabinetry and all of the modern appliances ensure the cook in your group is well taken care of. A wood dining table with seating for eight persons is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas.

The living room has two comfortable sofas facing each other flanked by a large easy chair. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD/CD player. A large slider provides access to a covered terrace where you will find twho chaise lounges, a dining table, wet bar and a gas grill. This inviting environment calls for you to enjoy your meals al fresco as you contemplate the days activities and take in the view.

The master bedroom has a King bed with quality linens beneath a vaulted red brick dome ceiling. An attached bathroom with shower is very tastefully done in marble. A glass slider from the bedroom provides access to the terrace which runs the length of the frontage to connect with the dining and living rooms.

The first guest bedroom, like the master bedroom, has a King bed under another magnificent dome brick ceiling. Quality linens ensure a comfortable night of rest to inspire restful dreams of warm Caribbean days spent frolicking in those rejuvenating Mayan Waters. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub/shower combination and finished in the same high quality marbles and custom hardwood cabinetry. A sliding glass door opens up to a small terrace where you can enjoy marina & jungle views. The second guest bedroom has Twin beds, which can be set up as a King, en-suite bathroom with shower, and vaulted dome ceiling. A Queen air mattress can be set up in this room if requested in advance.

The Quinta del Sol complex offers a sophisticated and intimate environment with stylish swimming pools and a marvelous slice of white sand beach rimmed by bathtub warm Caribbean water. The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras. These buildings stand out even from a distance with their interesting lines. As they draw you in for closer inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail. NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
4. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
5. Maximum occupancy is 8 people (with no more than 6 adults).
6. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted holidays which is 1 week and during the winter season when stays of less than 1 week will be considered on an individual basis.
7. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the private terraces.
10. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

REVIEWS

This is a great property to rent, the pictures don’t do the unit justice. For families with young children, there is a playground next to an elementary school only a block away. The restaurants are a five minute walk away. The snorkeling was excellent just off the beach. Ted, February 2023

Amazing vacation!!! Thank you Desiree for your exceptional attention to the smallest of details, from arranging transportation to and from the airport to providing midweek housecleaning, to keeping me updated as to what, when and how things were to be done. The excellent communication was much appreciated.Taking the worry out of the planning of this vacation made it even sweeter!! Would absolutely recommend, my only regret was I didn’t book longer! Lovely large condo, great access to beach – Wonderful condo with all amenities and as described.  Beach and pools nearby, easy access.  Puerto Aventuras was a delight, many great restaurants, coffee locals, grocery stores and markets.  Lovely beach and grounds. Easy access to sights of the area, taxis and Collectivos. Exceeded all expectations. Hope to return soon.

Hi Desiree,  Well we are back home to the cold and snow, but with wonderful memories of our holiday in Puerto Aventuras. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Quinta del Sol 412. The condo was well located, well equipped and a very pleasant place to celebrate Christmas and New Years with our family. We had never been to the Maya Riviera and have only been to Mexico a couple times in the past.  We were a bit nervous about this adventure but in the end, couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Everything was as advertised and well represented. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Excellent response from the property management company to a couple issues we had as well as drinking water delivery. The condo was well equipped and I can’t think of anything we felt was lacking. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels and great a/c when needed.  We did BBQ a few times as well , fresh fish we caught ourselves!  The access to the pools and the beach was great. Although we had a couple windy weeks, the temperature was still great and we were able to do all the activities we wanted. We found the amenities in Puerto Aventuras great, lots of fun restaurants, something for everyone. We also appreciated the airport pickup arrangements you organized. Made our arrival and departure stress free. The only things that I would suggest for the condo would be:  Door lock set on master bath was loose, needs some attention so door will close properly. Clicking sound from fan in twin bedroom. Would suggest seat cushions for outdoor chairs as the slatted seats are hard on bare legs. These few items did not distract from our complete enjoyment of this property. We thank you both for your assistance with our rental arrangements, we really appreciated your prompt response to all questions and queries.   We appreciated dealing directly with you all on this rental.  We would happily recommend Quinta del Sol and Brisa Caribe to friends and hope that we can return in the near future. Beautiful Condo and Location – Our group of 7 had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. You are one steps away from an awesome and safe beach. We have rented 3 different condos in this building and this has been our favorite one.

Beautiful Well Appointed Condo – My family stayed at Mayan Waters, Quinta Del Sol, and had a lovely time!  It’s a beautiful condo located in a great area with things to do for all ages.  We had everything we needed to prepare a meal at the condo or we could go to any of the restaurants in the Puerto Aventuras area. Desiree was super helpful with the information she provided before we arrived.  Would definitely stay here again!

Hi Desiree! We had a great week at Mayan Waters and really appreciate the tips and info you provided beforehand.  Everything was just as described. We had everything we needed to prepare meals if we wanted and plenty of towels for our stay. It is truly a lovely well kept condo. Fantastic Condo in Great Location – 7 of us stayed here for spring break and were very happy with the condo.  Safe gated marina community.  Condo is well appointed and comfortable.  Great views of the pools and ocean. Comfortable beds and living furniture with a nice big TV.  I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. Some rentals have just a few utensils and few pots and pans. This unit had everything we needed and more. We bought fresh fish at the marina a couple times and used the grill to prepare them. Was great! I also appreciated all the towels.  So many beach towels so everyone could have a couple down at the pool. The complex itself is quiet and very clean. We walked to the marina several times and tried different restaurants. We loved sitting with a drink and just watching the dolphins at dolphin discovery. We all felt safe at this location and would highly recommend it.

Desiree, The condo was so much more than we expected, beautiful. The antiques in Penthouse 412  were  lovely. The immediate gated community was very safe, and met our needs. Thank You. Anytime we asked for something to be fixed or replaced it was. We are sorry we did  not get to visit with you so we could tell you this in person. We will spread your company name to our friends. Superb getaway, Beautiful Apartment, Great beach location!! – My family and I had a great stay. The space is perfect for 6 adults, and they even helped us with a crib and a high chair for our 7 month old baby. Mayan Waters is conveniently located by the beach, with great access to the Puerto Aventuras community. The building is very well maintained, and the apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay… from linens, towels, and a complete kitchen. If you are looking for a spacious apartment, at the beach, and within a safe and family oriented community (Puerto Aventuras), search no more…. this is the place.
