This stunning beachfront Fatima Bay condo rental, La Gran Vista, truly does live up to its name by offering you ‘The Grand View’. The two bedroom, two bathroom, thrid floor condo features an open concept design, tasteful furnishings, a large full kitchen that is very well equipped and a covered terrace that you will have trouble pulling yourself away from.

The Quinta Maya condo complex is strategically situated within the safe, gated community of Puerto Aventuras, along the Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Prominently placed in a central location on a postcard perfect bay, ringed by a white sand beach. Does it get any better… Well yes it does… just a short stroll down this beach is the charming village center of Puerto Aventuras where you will find restaurants, bars, live music most nights, boutiques, specialty shops and a marina offering a number of water activities such as snorkel & scuba tours, catamaran tours, deep sea fishing charters, and parasailing. Also within easy walking distance of the condo is the golf and tennis club offering a challenging 9 hole golf course and tennis courts. Whether you want to just chill in this gorgeous condo or get out and get involved in the many activities the area has to offer, you are perfectly situated.

Stepping inside of the condo La Grand Vista, you will immediately be drawn straight through the unit and onto a most fabulous covered terrace. It will be very clear how the owners chose the name for this beautiful home… After you regain control of your senses and lift your jaw up from the terrace floor, it will occur to you that you have not even discovered all of the other wonderful features of this impressive condo. Drag yourself back inside and you will find a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living area all open to each other and all taking advantage of the view.

A large very well equipped kitchen is set up for those who want to prepare meals in and entertain. Granite countertops and custom designed mahogany cupboards with a domed ceiling with recessed lighting overhead, make this a most inviting place to work. But why…. when we can have one of our professional chefs come in and spoil you with their culinary talents preparing delicious delights. A round dining table for six, which is also custom crafted in mahogany, is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living room. Of course you may prefer to dine ‘al fresco’ on that gorgeous covered terrace where you can take full advantage of the view and warm tropical breeze.

The living room is a tasteful and comfortable collection of sofas and easy chairs. The ideal spot to gather for conversation, relaxation or to enjoy some evening entertainment on the large screen TV. Like all of the other rooms in the condo, the ceiling is a vaulted dome which adds to the rooms spaciousness.

The Master bedroom suite is located off of the living room so it too enjoys a spectacular ocean view. The King bed and all of the other furniture in the room is custom built mahogany. The Master suite has sliding glass doors providing walkout access to the covered terrace. A couple of chaise lounge chairs invite you to settle in with a good book while the Caribbean breeze tickles your skin. The en-suite Master bathroom has two colorful Mexican talavera sinks and a very large custom tiled shower.

The Guest bedroom is at the back of the condo with a private terrace that enjoys a very nice view of the garden pool and tropical vegetation surrounding it. This bedroom has one King bed and Bunk beds. The domed ceiling with overhead fan creates an airy openness to the space. Conveniently located directly off of the entrance to the Guest bedroom is the Guest bathroom with large shower and Mexican talavera sink.

The very desirable Quinta Maya condo rental complex is located on popular Fatima Bay and consists of two low density buildings that are serviced by elevators, two free form swimming pools (one beachside and the other in the garden between the two buildings) and a most inviting slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, blue Caribbean water. The Quinta Maya complex amenities include off street parking, chaise lounges around the pools and beach, poolside washroom and a friendly maintenance staff.

RATES

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
4. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
5. The maximum occupancy of the condo is 6 people with no more than 4 adults.
6. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted Holidays and during the winter season, when only Saturday to Saturday reservations are accepted unless otherwise agreed to.
7. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the private terrace.
10. Pets are not allowed at this complex

Once again, always thank you for your support during my family vacations, the apartment was incredible like every year we visit it, everything in working order, super clean, and the mid-week cleaning service was a surprise that we hadn’t had in other years. We love PA so much. We have become friends with a few locals over the past years and they are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. Everyone in the community is so welcoming (from the security guards to the business owners). It is only place I visit that literally brings me to tears each time we have to leave. We had another great experience with Vida Caribe. The view and location were fantastic. The condo was well appointed and offered comfortable furnishings. I greatly appreciate how quickly you and your employees responded when I asked for our safe to be opened. Selenas, the onsite night watchman was very kind and helpful. When my daughter and I first arrived to the condo, he introduced himself and was so kind to take our suitcases up to our unit. I noticed that every morning, he would sweep the beach and tidy up all of the beach chairs and tables. He was wonderful. The only thing which could have been improved, in my opinion, was the internet. It would go in and out quite frequently. I don’t know if that is an issue with the condo itself or if that is the case with Puerto Aventuras in general. I spent a week with my wife and 4 kids … easy commute from the airport to the balcony. Clean and spacious condo with all we needed and everything working as needed. The best feature is the great balcony and great view.  Easy access to the pool and easy access to the beach. Easy walk up the street or up the beech to the collection of restaurants.

We love this condo. We are staying at the one next door in December and hope that is just as great. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this condo and it has everything and has been very thought out for guests. The weather was HOT but not surprising for summer. Everything was great! Thanks Doug C.

Desiree, Thank you so very much for the beautiful stay at La Grande Vista! We had such an amazing time. I am sitting watching the sunrise over the deck looking at the sea and so sad to see it end. Spectacular & Majestic – Words cannot describe this property. Located on the beach with spectacular views. The condo is better than the pictures depict. Our family of five felt at home right away. Desiree is fantastic to communicate with and all information provided was well received. The others visitors and residents at the condo became like old friends. Everyone was kind and helpful. The area of PA is extremely safe. We walked around freely and ate at the magical marina nearby.  Thank you for a first class vacation. We will be returning!!

Stunning View, Beautiful Condo, Excellent Service – Let me begin by saying how fantastic Desiree from Vida Caribe Vacation Rentals is.  I’ve rented many properties and have never experienced the level of service anywhere else – thank you for all your help.  We loved the condo.  The view absolutely takes your breath away – even more stunning in person!  We loved the beach and enjoyed sunbathing – you could always find a good spot.

Many thanks to you both for your excellent customer service before and during our stay. We had a great time in PA and enjoyed the condo. This will be our 5th time to Puerto and the first time in this condo. The condo was very nice and probably the best view we have had so far. We had an issue with plumbing when we first arrived but they took care of it very promptly. The condo was spacious and enjoyed the patio. The only negative was this was the first condo here we couldn’t get wifi out on the beach. I would recommend putting an external access point outside on the patio to provide services below to the guest of the condo. I would stay in this condo again!

Absolutely Spectacular – Hello Desiree, Well, I’m not sure where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed that condo It was absolutely spectacular! Firstly, one thing that was a pleasant surprise was the pictures were so accurate, both to content and furnishings of the condo, but also in regards to space and scale. It was very comfortable and perfectly appointed. The attention to detail in the decorating was lovely and you could tell it was done with wonderful care. The quality of the kitchen appliances made it a very pleasurable place to cook, something I typically don’t want to undertake when on vacation. The patio is where we spent most of our time, it was so welcome. We had an issue with the light sconces on the patio coming on, and a quick email, and they were repaired. It took three hours for them to re-wire them!!! Now that’s customer service!! We had the opportunity to meet some of the owners, and they were very quick to sing your praises for professionalism and we couldn’t agree more. We are planning a week in October arriving on the 21st and Quinta Maya is the first place on our list. We posted a lot of pictures on social media and I have sent your contact details to several friends at their request!!! Thanks again FOR EVERYTHING!!!
