This gorgeous two bedroom, 2015 sq. ft. oceanfront condo is located in Puerto Aventuras, a popular gated resort-residential community along Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Condo Vista Azul is well positioned on the third floor (with elevator access) of the oceanfront condo building of the Quinta Maya complex in Puerto Aventuras. With only 7 units in this building and not many more in the B building that is located at the rear of the property, you will find Quinta Maya as a sophisticated and intimate environment which will leave you feeling relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners and loyal guests who return frequently to make Quinta Maya their home in paradise.

Trying to choose the highlight of this lovely Puerto Aventuras condo is difficult. With a view that is nothing less than spectacular, a most enviable location right on Puerto Aventuras’ best beach and only steps from the charming village center, plus a luxuriously casual appointed condo that is spacious and packed with amenities, you too will be at a loss to pick just one. Cool fabrics, rich hardwoods, local marbles, hand made talavera tiles, and bright original art, tastefully blend to create a pleasing atmosphere that is conducive to the airy, tropical environment.

The covered oceanfront terrace of this Quinta Maya beauty is very large and inviting. With chaise lounges, dining table and sitting areas for casual conversation and relaxation, you will find yourself having a difficult time dragging yourself away from your perch on paradise.

The interior space of Vista Azul is well designed to compliment the view while providing an easy flow of movement and conversation through the common areas of living room, dining room and kitchen. The spacious open design concept is magnified by domed ceilings in all of the rooms. This architectural design features recessed lighting, crown mouldings and overhead ceiling fans. Arches, large columns and custom built furniture all add to and reflect the attention to detail that has gone into creating this very inviting condo.

The living room and kitchen are separated by a round dining table that is convenient to the kitchen while still enjoying the view. But why dine inside when that wonderful covered terrace invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors where you can maximize the view and the Caribbean breeze. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals in or…. you can prearrange for one of our fabulous chefs to come in and really spoil you.

The spacious oceanfront Master bedroom suite has an en-suite bathroom, King bed, plus a most inviting walk out to that glorious beachfront terrace where you will find chaise lounge chairs and a couple of built in benches.
The Guest bedroom is located at the rear of the condo and has a small private terrace that looks down on a swimming pool and gardens. It has a King bed and the guest bathroom with shower sits conveniently just outside the entrance to the bedroom.

The very desirable Quinta Maya complex consists of two low density buildings that are serviced by elevators, two free form swimming pools (one beachside and the other in the garden between the two buildings) and a most inviting slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, blue Caribbean water. The Quinta Maya complex amenities include off street parking, chaise lounges around the pools and beach, poolside washroom and a friendly maintenance staff.

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
4. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
5. The maximum occupancy of the condo is 4 people (exception will be made for a baby).
6. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted Holidays and during the winter season when only Saturday to Saturday reservations are accepted unless otherwise agreed to.
7. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
10. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

REVIEWS 

You can not beat the beachfront location. Absolutely breathtaking. When you compare other locations and the prices, this is reasonable. In addition, toiletries were supplied and that was not expected. Lots of space. Even water was supplied for the entire month we were there. We were leaving when hurricane IAN was causing problems with some flights. If we had needed to stay longer they were willing to give us a reduced rate. How awesome was that. What a lovely place you have! We enjoyed every second at your beautiful condo and we fell in love with Mexico and there is still a lot to discover. We were 2 days in Isla Mujeres (whale shark snorkelling – WOW)  2 days in Cozumel, Coba, Tulum, Playa for shopping and many cenotes. Our kids Nena (14) and Keno (12) were so happy. They were SO prompt with each transfer. Your personal guarantee regarding this company went above and beyond great customer service and was appreciated. The condo Vista Azul was spectacular and the love the owners have for it shows in its quality decorations and comfy furnishings. They have a lot of trust in renters also as was evident with items being left out (including wine) rather than locked away as with most rentals. We’ve rented many a vacation rental in our time and have never come across one so fully stocked. The maid never did show up for the midweek cleaning but that wasn’t an issue for us as we kept everything clean. We never did find an electric or gas BBQ as listed, but we did find two charcoal ones in the unit; one in a closet and one on the guest patio. We managed without as we didn’t want to fuss with charcoal. We appreciated the fact that the owners let us stay an extra two hours so that our wait at the airport was not terribly long. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your really awesome piece of paradise.  We we first arrived and entered your condo our expectations were surpassed.  Our two sons had a great time.  The beach is wonderful.  I thing our favorite place to  hang out was on the balcony.  What a gorgeous view of the bay and surrounding area. As a Canadian it was refreshing to watch some Canadian TV programs. Your condo is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing.  We like to come back in the future.
