Condo Mayan Magic is an enchanting 1345 sq. ft. two bedroom penthouse condo, located in the highly desirable Quinta Maya condo complex in Puerto Aventuras along Mexico’s Riviera Maya. One step inside of this alluring condo and you will be spellbound by its charm. A warm ambiance will immediately take you over and begin to soothe your soul. All thoughts and the stress of the world you left behind will mysteriously vanish as you become captivated by this Mayan Magic. Warm earth tones, extensive use of natural materials, tasteful furnishings and a fine attention to detail will all lure you further in and under the Mayan Magic spell.
The open floor plan of the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, is accentuated by the stunning vaulted red brick ceilings lovingly created by craftsman of a disappearing art. These marvelous ceilings have the same awe inspiring effect in the two spacious bedrooms. Ceiling to floor windows and an inviting terrace with mesmerizing views of the garden and pool below, will set the final incantation upon you.
The layout of Mayan Magic will enamor you with its cultured simplicity and sophisticated functionality. The spacious kitchen is properly equipped for you to conjure up some of your own magic. From a simple snack to a multi course meal. Granite counter tops, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a well thought out design will be sure to lure you in. A round dining table with seating for six is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas.
The living room has a cozy seating layout with an L shaped sofa. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. A large slider provides access to the terrace where you will find tables and chairs inviting you to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon sun-downer as you contemplate the days activities. The terrace looks down upon the garden pool providing a tranquil, lush tropical view.
The master bedroom has a King bed with quality linens. The en-suite bathroom with shower is very tastefully done in marble. A glass slider provides access to the terrace which connects with the living room. The guest bedroom has Twin beds which can also be made up as a King. Quality linens ensure a comfortable night of rest and inspires pleasant dreams of warm Caribbean days spent frolicking on the beach. A sliding glass door opens up to a small terrace. A tasteful bathroom with shower is just outside the bedroom entrance door. This bathroom is finished with the same quality and decorative concern as the rest of the condo.
The Quinta Maya condo complex in Puerto Aventuras has a total of 19 units between two buildings, so it is a small, sophisticated and intimate environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners and other guests, many of whom have been returning for years. The complex offers two captivating, free form swimming pools, beautiful gardens, and an inviting slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water. The entire development is stylish and well manicured. This most desirable location is not only on Puerto Aventuras’ nicest beach, but just a short stroll from the village center where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, services and many activities.
Mayan Magic is one of only two penthouse units located in the B building of the captivatingly gorgeous, Quinta Maya condo complex. This building is situated behind the A building which is beachfront. There is no ocean view from the condo, but a very pleasing vista of a spectacular swimming pool and peaceful garden.
The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras. These buildings stand out even from a distance with their interesting lines. As they draw you in for closer inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail. Arches & curves, hand carved doors, decorative iron work, chandeliers, stone carvings, marble mosaics, domed ceilings, and wonderful columns are all part of the extras which make these buildings something special.

NOTES
- Rates are in US dollars and do NOT include 22% tax.
- Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
- Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
- Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
- The maximum occupancy of the condo is 4 people.
- The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted holidays which is 1 week and during the winter season when stays of less than 1 week will be considered on an individual basis. During the winter season Saturday to Saturday bookings are preferred. Others will be considered on an individual basis.
- A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage.
- Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
- Pets are not allowed at this complex.

Hi Desiree, it’s hard to believe that after 11 years of going to Quinta Maya for our two week vacation, that we are still enthralled by its peaceful beauty. Every morning we have our coffee on the beach and enjoy the ever changing views of the many birds gathering and catching fish. We also have watched the sealife, as they too will catch the surface of the water as they feed. To us this is the best part of the day. We still enjoy the many choices of restaurants available in PA offering a great selection of dining. We appreciate the comfortable condo that offers a cool retreat from the heat of the day. From start to finish, we felt well looked after, and organized through the efforts & patience of the agent, Desiree. Excellent timely communication to any of our questions. This was our first time in Puerto Aventuras, and just loved every aspect of this gem of a community. Relaxed and chill with many walkable restaurants/ shops/ groceries/ fresh open markets. Golf course was also in perfect condition. No need for a car unless you want to leave and explore the region. My adult went to diner & overnight in Tulum, as very close. The condo complex is not too big, and the many long term snowbirds were friendly and helpful. The condo met all our needs (water supplied, well equipped kitchen, so COMFORTABLE beds and pillows, AC etc). We have booked longer for next year! Thank you again Desiree for your guidance and help. We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Aventuras and at the condo. We had everything we needed for a great experience for the 3 of us. The condo is very spacious great for entertaining some family who were also staying in Puerto Aventuras. Hi Desiree, We enjoyed our stay very much. The property administrators did an awesome job. Unit was very clean. The only complaint I would have is the lack of a sharp knife or sharpener. Very private and quiet place but walking distance to taxis and town. In town live music played nightly. We had Italian and Mexican food. Playful dolphins swim nearby shops where we found souvenirs, snacks and drinks. Property pool by the ocean and one in a garden area. Rooms were clean and we’ll maintained with all basic needs to wash clothes available and fully stocked linens and towels and full kitchen. 40 somethings and teens both loved it. June 2019
Excellent Accommodations with Friendly & Helpful Management – This condo is right on the beach. Besides being in an almost perfect location, it was clean and had all of the comforts if home. We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful time at the Mayan Magic. It is spacious, tastefully decorated, has everything you could ask for in the kitchen, and comfy beds and tons of closet space. Great airflow and air conditioning if you need it. Loved the patio deck, and views out the back as well. It is so close to the beach, with a pool for both buildings which is fantastic .Loved the Birds in the morning while having our coffee. Pleasant easy walk around the Bay, and The Caleta is a must.. Just stop at the Information centre and they will give you a map. Great Restaurants, tons fun, and a great place to just chill. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come again. Quinta Maya is a special place, lovely grounds and wonderful people who take pride in what they do. Very friendly atmosphere and always had attentive care from the property managers Teto and Paola. Would love to take the whole family.
Hello Desiree, Settling in to winter back in Calgary and rushing to be ready for Christmas. Linda and I very much enjoyed staying in Mayan Magic and had a relaxing 3 weeks. We loved our condo and the area of Puerto Adventuras! Highly recommend working with Vida Caribe….their communication and tips for enjoying the area made our trip so much easier. Walking distance to food, close to area attractions, snorkeling, pools, and the condo was great and stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend this condo and this rental group!
A great villa with all the amenities you would need in a great location (beach is 30 seconds away!) and perfect for young kiddos as the beach area is calm and sandy. We loved our stay, thank you! And thanks Desiree for all of your help!
Thanks Desiree, we had a blast! The villa was absolutely perfect for us and we had a magical time (appropriate for this villa!). PA Prop was great by the way (there was a vibrating AC vent then kept us up the first 2 nights and they came right out and fixed it the next day) and accommodated our preferred cleaning time. Overall, we had a wonderful first global adventure with the kiddos. And volunteered at the school our last day and the kiddos learned about giving back and making a difference. Thanks for everything. Very nice condo, just returned from 8 night stay. location is excellent, beach is gorgeous but access is not great, too many rocks. It’s a short walk to better access. Condo met all needs and was well equipped. It was great value and would definitely return.
Just returned last night from one month in this stunning condo. This is a penthouse condo on the 4th floor. I have never rented a condo that was so well equipped. There were no issues, everything worked and it was exactly as shown in the pictures and the commentary from the Brisa Caribe website. Huge rooms lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, well stocked bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen which was good for me as I cook I no a lot. Steps to a beautiful beach and never a lack of sun beds or chairs. The beach in front is rocky but 2 minutes walk along the beach and the beach in front of the Omni Hotel is beautiful.. We swam and snorkeled every day. Thanks to Desiree and Vida Caribe for finding this for us. Also Rosa at the Property management company was super. Already booked in the same complex for next year. March 2017
