A peaceful feeling of Tranquility will overcome you when you spend time on the Mayan Riviera in this cozy one bedroom vacation rental. Condo Tranquilidad is a popular winter rental in the beachfront Quinta Maya condo complex, where many snowbirds come back year after year.

The first floor vantage point overlooking the garden offers a lovely view of the free form pool. The small balcony is perfect for greeting the day or for the two of you to sit and enjoy a sun downer while you relive all that you did or didn’t do that day. Condo Tranquilidad is simple yet tastefully decorated to create a warm and inviting hide-a-way that is ideal for a couple who appreciate being together. The living room sofa converts into a bed allowing the condo to also work for a couple of singles or a family with a young child.

A compact kitchen equipped with the basics is perfectly adequate for preparing a simple breakfast, lunch or dinner. A small charcoal grill on the terrace is available for preparing that fresh catch of the day or a delicious local arrachera steak. A dining table for four plus a compliment of the basic dish and cook ware makes dining in comfortable should you choose to do so. A leather sofa and an easy chair provide a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The sofa pulls out to make a double bed if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. A smart TV with internet connection is provided so bring your Netflix password with you.

A King size bed is tucked out of the way at the back of the condo. Plenty of closet space allows you to settle in for a week or more and store everything away out of sight. A small security safe for your valuables is located in one of the closets to give you a little extra piece of mind in this very safe gated community. The compact bathroom with shower, is just between the bedroom and living areas.

The Quinta Maya complex consists of two stylish, low density buildings with a total of 19 units. There are two small free form swimming pools. The garden pool in between the two buildings and the other one located beachfront. Condo Tranquilidad is situated in the back building, which is positioned right behind the front building. The view of the garden pool is pleasing and you have all of the other benefits of a beachfront complex. With warm gin clear Caribbean water and an outer reef to keep the bay shallow and inviting for snorkeling, you have found paradise.

The Quinta Maya condo complex has a modern Spanish design with many arches, curves, columns, hand painted tile works, marble, decorative ironworks, terraces and styled moulding trim. Against a backdrop of lush tropical greens and alluring ocean blues, it truly is quite striking. The complex has chaise lounge chairs for pool and beach side for residents and guests to enjoy. A restroom off of the oceanfront pool is a convenient extra. And of course, the beach, the ocean and the view are all post card perfect.

The closeness of the Puerto Aventuras village center is another strong point to the desirability of this location. A casual two minute stroll down the beach will have you arriving at the Puerto Aventuras Hotel which is a cornerstone to the charming little commercial center. Here you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, a number of services and many activities such as swim with dolphins, deep sea fishing charters, scuba and snorkel tours and catamaran tours. Less than 10 minutes walk will take you to the golf and tennis center.  Having so many activities and services close at hand, yet still be a small, very safe community 24 hours a day, is one of the charms of Puerto Aventuras.

RATES

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. The maximum occupancy is 3 persons (with no more than 2 adults).
4. The general minimum rental is 3 nights. Minimum rental for the Christmas & New Year is 7 nights.
5. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
6. Cleaning fee is $60 USD per stay.
7. Housekeeping service with towel change is included twice per week. Linen change is once per week.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
10. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

Thank you for a marvellous vacation! From our first communication your service and professionalism have been outstanding! Tranquilidad was exactly as advertised, and our early issues with Internet and the ceiling fan were handled very promptly by Roberto and Lothar the property managers. The building and grounds were impeccable and we found the owners and fellow renters to be very friendly and welcoming. We are looking forward to returning next year and meeting up with many new friends. One restaurant not on your list that we particularly enjoyed was La Palapa de Marlon near the Chedraui. We found ourselves scheduling grocery store visits at meal time in order to enjoy their excellent shrimp dishes. Thanks again. Bruce and Eunice D.

I loved condo Tranquilidad and Puerto Aventuras! This was the most relaxing holiday I’ve had in quite some time! The condo was perfect and the building and grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The staff was extraordinary and super helpful. Today upon returning to work, many commented on how rested and relaxed I looked….a true testament to my holiday.  I’ll definitely keep Puerto Aventuras on my top list of future holidays seeking some warm weather from these cold Canadian winters. Hey Desiree! We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Puerto Aventuras and really loved our condo. We had everything we needed and we’re very comfortable.
