Construction of the contemporary designed Nahil condo complex was completed in 2016 making it considerably newer than most of the condo options on beautiful Half Moon Bay in Akumal. This stylish complex is situated near the northern end of Half Moon Bay close to La Lunita & Que Onda restaurants and an easy walk to the enchanting Yal Ku lagoon. Also with easy walking distance is the famous La Buena Vida bar and restaurant as well as a dive shop.
Condo Nahil One is a beautiful three bedroom, ground floor unit with direct access to the pool and beach. The finish and furnishings is a soothing blend of stone, tropical woods, natural fabrics & fibers accented with earth tones. A sense of calm and tranquility will surely envelop you in this tropical oasis.
The Nahil complex is situated on a beautiful sandy beach dune. A beachfront pool, chaise lounges under coconut palms and a poolside thatch palapa with wet bar all contribute to the relaxed atmosphere. Nahil means ‘his home’ in Maya and it will surely become yours while you are here.
Stepping inside of condo Nahil One and you will discover a warm and soothing ambiance that invites you in. An open concept living space that encompasses the living room, dining area and kitchen provides an easy flow through the condo while always keeping the central focus on the ocean view. The living room takes best advantage of the view, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that step out to a covered terrace.
A well equipped kitchen is available for preparing anything from a light snack to a full meal. A round dining table for 5 and 3 more stools at the breakfast bar provide indoor eating options, but more likely you will want to dine al-fresco on the covered patio terrace and enjoy the views and warm Caribbean breeze. Here you can find a table with seating for 8.
Off of the living room is the Master bedroom with King Bed and a Single trundle bed that can be pulled out from under the bed if wanting to sleep a young child with parents. The Master bedroom boasts a great pool and ocean view, has a walk out to the covered terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower and a walk in closet.
There are two Guest bedrooms at the back of the condo which are fairly similar in size and layout. Both have private terraces with views of the tranquil garden with its small water feature. Each of the Guest bedrooms are fitted with a King bed, Single bunk bed and Single trundle bed that can be rolled out from under the King bed, allowing for a maximum of 4 people to sleep in the room. Both Guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower.
The beach at Nahil condo complex is sandy on the shore but there are some rocks. A pathway through the rocks leads out to the deeper water providing easy access for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. Just a short stroll to the south of the complex the water entry is sandier for those that like to play in the shallow water.
A tropical beach vacation is all about spending time outdoors enjoying the sun, sand, water and warm temperature. You will be treating yourself to large doses of this at the Nahil condo complex and this lovely ground floor unit. Half Moon Bay in Akumal offers an inviting family and couples atmosphere that is relaxed and casual. A number of restaurants, bars, shops and activities are available in Akumal making it a great place to spend a weeks’ vacation.

NOTES
- Rates are in US dollars and do NOT include 22% tax.
- Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
- Base rate is for the maximum occupancy of 11 persons (no more than 6 adults).
- The minimum rental period during the Summer, Fall I & II and Mid season is 2 nights. The minimum rental during the Winter and Summer season is 3 nights. During Presidents week and Thanksgiving the minimum rental is 4 nights. Christmas and New Year have a 7 night minimum rental period.
- A non-refundable $75 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1000 USD in coverage.
- Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
- Pets are not allowed.
