Casa Marina del Rey is a gorgeous, 1850 sq. ft. two bedroom, two and a half bathroom oceanfront condo in the highly sought after condos Villas del Mar complex, in the gated residential and resort community of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. This beautiful condo is located on the third floor of the new E building. The Villas del Mar condos complex is gated, has private parking for those who choose to rent a car, private tennis court, impressive green spaces, an enormous oceanfront pool and an enviable place on the beach. In other words… just about perfect for anyone’s taste.

This modern condo with all of the amenities is spacious, with an open design, in a location that captures the ocean breeze, while providing captivating views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and large covered terrace with mosaic tiled jacuzzi style soaker tub.

The stunning design of the condo highlights the views which will hit you the moment you open the door and step inside. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living areas are further enhanced by a wall of sliding glass doors that slip away into wall pockets and expand the room to include the large covered terrace, thereby breaking down the barrier between indoor and outdoor living. Besides the great view of the pool and ocean just beyond, the covered terrace has a patio table and chairs for dining al-fresco, and an inviting corner bench lounge to cozy into with a good novel.  A mosaic tiled soaker tub with jets just off of the master suite, beg you to pour yourself a glass of wine and unwind from a busy day of doing nothing.

The living and dining areas of Casa Marina del Rey is open, casual and perfectly situated to appreciate the view. An L shaped sofa offers a relaxing place to gather for conversation or take in a movie on the DVD/Cable TV system. The indoor dining table has seating for 8. An open counter to the kitchen set up as a great bar or buffet table for casual dining. There are custom built cabinetry and marble counter tops in the well equipped kitchen. A half bath is conveniently located at the entrance way. A utility room with a clothes washer & dryer combination are provided for your added convenience.

A short hall way leads off of the living room area to the two bedrooms. The spacious Master bedroom suite has an oceanfront view, attached en-suite bathroom with his & her sinks and large marble shower with rain head. A dressing area with abundant closet space is located between the bedroom and bathroom. This area has custom made, hardwood closets and a counter which opens into the bedroom. Located off of the Master bedroom suite is a slider that opens up to the jacuzzi style tub that looks out over the pool area and the ocean just beyond. The tub can also be accessed from the terrace.

The guest bedroom is fitted with two Queen beds, is bright and quite spacious. The en suite bathroom like that in the Master suite, is finished with marble floors and counters plus handmade cabinetry in rich hardwoods. It too has a large walk in shower.

The condos Villas del Mar complex and our condo Marina del Rey, offer the ideal recipe for a very special tropical vacation. Security, amenities, a casual atmosphere and a post card perfect location. The Puerto Aventuras development is unique to the Riviera Maya with a classy blend of American amenities, Mexican flair, and tropical ambiance. The development is small and safe enough that you can let the kids run free, but large enough that you will find an impressive array of restaurants, bars, shops, activities and services. The best part, is that they are all within a ten minute or less walk from this beautiful condo.

RATES                              **FREE NIGHT – BOOK 7 NIGHTS AND PAY FOR 6 ONLY**

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
4. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
5. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
6. The minimum rental during the Winter season and all Holidays is 7 nights, during Spring/Summer season 5 nights and during the Fall 3 nights. Stays for a shorter period will be considered on an individual basis.
7. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
8. On rentals of more than 2 weeks a surcharge will apply for excessive electrical consumption. For these longer stays the electrical meter will be read on arrival, at each 4 week interval and departure. Any electrical consumption prorated over $150 USD per 4 week period will be extra. We will need to collect a refundable deposit of $300 USD for this purpose.
9. Housekeeping service is included as follows: less than 9 nights stay – cleaning after check out only. Stays from 10 to 14 nights – mid week cleaning and check out cleaning. Stays for more than 14 nights – weekly cleaning and check out cleaning.
10. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
11. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
12. Pets are not allowed at this complex

Villas del Mar in Puerto Aventuras is a great location. The pools are great, the grounds are beautifully kept and the location is central to the restaurants and beaches. Our unit was also really good– spacious, clean and well kept.

We had another great vacation in PA. Marina Del Ray was fantastic and Vida Caribe is always a pleasure to work with. We really appreciate your correspondence and help when needed. Very quiet, safe, comfortable place to stay with kids. The restaurants, shopping, and ton of activities are very close. We purchased some snorkel mask for the kids and they had a blast at the beach looking at all the sea life. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo & Fantastic Location – My wife and I rented this condo for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The condo location is fantastic ,walking distance to restaurants, and supermarket across the highway. The beach is the best in Puerto Aventuras and its a short walk across the courtyard where the pools are. The unit was clean and the service from the management company was good. We would certainly come back, and we would recommend this property.

Hi Desiree, Linda and I really enjoyed our time at Marina del Rey. We have rented condo’s all over the world and this unit is one of the very best. Puerto Aventuras is a fantastic place, we now know why Dave winters here. Don’t worry about the a/c issue, you folks and Henry took care of it and that’s all that counts. Having spent my working career in the a/c industry I understand how these things work. We got back to Regina early this morning to snow and cold, we should have stayed. Hi Desiree, The condo and area were just as you described them, they fit our needs perfectly.  We had a couple of issues but Victoria was very attentive and did her best to take care of them quickly. The dishwasher never was fixed but we didn’t mind. The midweek cleaning was great, the ladies were so nice and thorough. Thank you so much for all your communication before our arrival, during and after. We can’t wait to visit and spend our next vacation in Tulum. Villas del Mar is the BEST – This property is perfect! They had so much info for us and the location is so safe we were able to give the kids freedom!!
