Villa Casablanca or ‘White House’ is an invitingly bright and airy, 4200 sq. ft. four bedroom oceanfront villa located on the Mayan Riviera in the exclusive Las Rocas area of Puerto Aventuras Mexico. An open design, walls of ocean facing glass, stunning in your face ocean views, clever use of mirrors and lush tropical vegetation indoors and out will leave you feeling enveloped in nature. The villa is oriented to appreciate the ocean views over the pool and lush undeveloped lots.

Upon entering Villa Casablanca the white marble floors, columns, skylights, indoor atrium and unobstructed view of the water, will leave you struggling to find adjectives to properly describe it.  Casablanca is the kind of villa one might imagine when thinking of vacationing on the Caribbean.  Bright, open, and airy, you can’t help but feel that you have arrived at somewhere you are meant to relax and celebrate your good fortune for simply being there.

The sunken living room, with it’s built in wrap around couch, is ideal for your group to lounge around sharing a drink and conversation, while sailboats float by on the breeze, dive boats haul scuba divers out to the reefs, and where fisherman search for Marlin, Sailfish and Wahoo. Off to the side of this room in a glassed corner, is a wonderful hammock that will swallow you and your book up for countless hours. A sliding glass door welcomes you out onto the covered terrace where a table, chairs, chaise lounges and hammocks around the 14 x 25 foot pool all invite you to make this your new home as you lose yourself in time.

Slightly above the sitting area is the dining room where up to 10 can sit and enjoy. Should you decide that you want to cook a meal for yourselves or prepare a snack, the full kitchen is just off of the dining room, separated by a bar with stools and like all of Casablanca, bright and open.

On the ground floor facing the garden/street side of the property are two bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms is furnished with two Double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the main floor you will also find a half bath for your convenience. The atrium at the entrance way vaults upward all the way up to the second level adding to the open, airy and natural ambiance of the home. On the second level there are two oceanfront bedrooms and a large studio. The studio has a sitting area and large outdoor terrace overlooking a garden where the sun will set. These are two very inviting and private areas for escaping from the group should you wish some privacy. A full size air mattress can be set up here for those requiring extra sleeping arrangements.

The Master suite is very large with King bed and a private oceanfront terrace to savor the view and fresh breeze. The en-suite 5-piece bathroom has a wonderful sunken walk in shower with skylight overhead. The shower stall is elevated from the bedroom and placed in a strategic way so that you can enjoy the ocean view while showering. The toilet is set further back in the room behind the vanity providing privacy. The other bedroom on this level also has a King bed and en-suite bathrooms with shower. The corner windows frame a dramatic view of the coast. Sliding glass doors provide access to a small private terrace.

Villa Casablanca is located on a flat rocky shoreline in the exclusive ‘las Rocas’ area of the resort/residential community of Puerto Aventuras. The shoreline in front of the villa offers spectacular vistas, well appreciated privacy, and lazy hours spent combing the shore for treasures.  On a calm day snorkeling in front of the villa is spectacular. A short stroll down the shoreline from the villa is the Dreams Hotel beach with its’ protected bay and sandy beach. Even more appealing is the beach in front of the Omni Hotel which is accessible from the village center, a short distance away.

RATES

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
4. Maximum occupancy is 8 people as a 3 bedroom or 12 persons (with no more than 8 adults) as a 4 bedroom.
5. The minimum rental is 3 nights except during Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years, when minium rental is 1 week and during the winter season when stays of less than 1 week will be considered on an individual basis.
6. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage.
7. Cleaning fee is $176 USD per stay.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Villa Casablanca is AMAZING – Highly recommend this beautiful villa on the ocean in Puerto Aventuras!!  This was the second time we rented it…. the first time was 5 years ago and it did not disappoint!!  If you have a group of people that want to rent a house there, this is perfect! There are 2 master bedrooms on the ocean side with their own balconies and priceless views as well as 2 other bedrooms street side with 2 full-size beds each and their own bathrooms. There is also a den upstairs that can sleep 1 or 2 people. The beach there is rocky so bring water shoes, but the snorkeling and diving right there is great!! There’s a beautiful sandy beach just 5 minutes south…..Xpuha. March 2019

Wow! Couldn’t be Better!! Selfishly we really don’t want to advertise how wonderful Casablanca is, but we have to be fair. You couldn’t ask for a better place for a family vacation! We highly recommend hiring Sara as a cook because that truly made our stay complete. We had 11 people from two families and we managed great. Sleeping was a bit tight in the air conditioned space because we had to have the kids share 4 double beds in the two bedrooms. The two master suites were wonderful and oversized. Puerto Aventuras is a beautiful community and conveniently located to several attractions, many cenotes, eco parks, and ruins. We recommend Cenote Azul (only $5 USD) for a “non-tourist” beautiful cenote experience. We also enjoyed having a rental car so we could drive to Coba and explore the ruins, travel to Playa del Carmen, and visit Isla Mujeres. Can’t do better than Casablanca folks, go for it! July 2018

Even Better than Expected – We had such a wonderful time and this beautiful property. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is even nicer in person. We felt safe and very much at home. We will have to return soon!

We had an excellent time in Puerto Aventuras!! The house was very comfortable and meet all of our expectations.  Sera and Rufino did an amazing job and were so attentive to our needs. The dinner Sera cooked for us on Tuesday was outstanding and I would highly recommend this to future vacationers. The airport transfers were so easy and smooth. The drivers were timely and friendly. Angela from the transfer company went above and beyond on our trip to Tulum and Xel-Ha. The park was very crowded, we got separated from the other family that was traveling with us and they had our phones.  We wanted to stay at the park longer than planned because we weren’t able to do much and she graciously waited in the parking lot for us to be done. This meant a lot to my family!! The excursion was a lot of money and we wanted to get our moneys worth and she made it happen. I can’t say enough about Angela and her professionalism and kindness. Thanks again for a wonderful trip! We would highly recommend the house and the area to anyone.

Wonderful property and it worked well for 2 families with 4 children. We hired Sera to cook for us and she was wonderful, everyone really enjoyed her authentic cuisine. Very safe for kids to run around the marina and we rented bikes for the week which was well worth it. Would certainly come back again.

The property worked out really well for our group and the staff was top notch. Sera provided terrific dinners and kept the house looking great daily. Rufino was on point every day and kept the grounds looking great. Without hesitation, I will be recommending Vida Caribe for rentals in Mexico and we plan on visiting again. Sean C.
