Casa Corazon Three is a casually chic, two storey, two bedroom, two bath, self contained, bungalow, located between Tulum and Akumal, directly on the beach of idyllic Soliman Bay. This cozy beachfront gem is part of a three bungalow complex, together with Casa Corazon One and Casa Corazon Two. All three bohemian beach bungalows are tastefully scattered between the palms on a powdery white sand beach. The property shares a swimming pool, outdoor grill and kayaks. Besides, each bungalow offers individual beach palapas with chaise lounge chairs.
Casa Corazon Three is the most set back from the beach of this three bungalow complex, surrounded by palms and lush tropical vegetation, yet just steps from the invitingly warm and clear Caribbean water. The ground level of this charming two floor bungalow has a studio type concept with a completely open floor plan. On this level you will find a living area with full kitchen, dining table, bedroom area with King bed, bathroom and a patio/terrace just steps from the pool. Access to the second level is up an external set of stairs. Here you will find an air conditioned Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite bathroom and private oceanfront terrace.
Just a short 15 minute drive north of Tulum, this luscious hide-a-way location is a world away from all of life’s day to day stress, but close enough to amenities that you will not feel isolated should you find the energy to drag yourself away from your personal paradise.
The bungalow is ideally suited for two couples or a small family. For bigger groups or retreats all three bungalows can be rented together with the use of the pool and other outdoor amenities exclusively for the group.

- Base rate is for up to 2 persons. Add $35 USD per night (plus 21% tax) for each additional person 8 years of age and older up to the maximum occupancy of 4 people. Children 7 years of age and younger may stay at no additional charge.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
- A minimum of 7 nights is requested during Christmas & New Year, 5 nights during the Easter & Thanksgiving season and 3 nights during the other seasons.
- There is a $300 USD per bungalow refundable Damage Deposit payable at check-in.
- Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the bungalow.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Soliman Bay is a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud events are not permitted. The community has a noise ordinance that does not allow loud music or noise from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
