The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed and boasts a large en-suite bathroom with a shower/soaking tub, a separate dressing area, plenty of closet space, and large windows facing both east and south. It also features a smart TV with satellite service. Blackout curtains provide guests with uninterrupted sleep.
The guest bedroom, which also features all new linens and blackout shades, has two queen sized beds and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, smart TV with satellite service and ample closet space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and individual mini split zone controlled A/C units.
There is a half bath near the front door entrance and a utility room with a washer/dryer combo. This condo is lined with marble tiled floors, marble countertops, and furnished with bright, contemporary décor that complements the sparkling array of ocean hues outside the windows.
The Villas del Mar condo complex offers the ideal recipe for a very special tropical vacation. Security, amenities, a casual atmosphere and a post card perfect location. The Puerto Aventuras development is unique to the Riviera Maya with a classy blend of American amenities, Mexican flair, and tropical ambiance. The development is small and safe enough that you can let the kids run free, but large enough that you will find an impressive array of restaurants, bars, shops, activities and services. - The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
- The general minimum rental is 3 nights. Minimum rental for the Christmas & New Year is 7 nights.
- A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
- Cleaning fee is $105 USD per stay.
- Housekeeping service with towel change is included twice per week. Linen change is once per week.
- Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
- Pets are not allowed at this complex.
