Wayak Naaj

Condo ‘Wayak Naaj’ is a gorgeous and spacious three bedroom, two bath penthouse unit with ocean view, located in the beautiful Quinta del Sol complex. This stylish complex is on the main Beach of Fatima Bay in Puerto Aventuras between the Quinta Maya and Villas del Mar II condo complexes. This most desirable location is not only on Puerto Aventuras’ nicest beach, but just a short stroll from the village center where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, services and many activities.

An expansive oceanfront terrace with jaw dropping views, is one of the foremost features of this beautiful Dream Home. With its wrap around design, the terrace provides in your face views of the entire Fatima bay and beach. Savor the tropical breeze as you lounge or dine in this most impressive and inviting location. While you will be tempted to spend all of your time outside, you do need to come in once in a while and when you do… you will not be disappointed with this lovely condo.

Once inside the condo Wayak Naaj, you cannot help but notice the enormous hand crafted, red brick vaulted ceiling or ‘bodeda’ as it is called in Mexico. This one extends from just past the entry foyer across the dining and living areas all the way to the sliders heading out to the terrace.  This bodeda also has a cone of glass on top or ‘linterna’ as it is called. This intricate skylight helps brighten the room besides being an architectural feature.

After admiring the ceiling you will be drawn completely across the room to the wall of glass sliders creating the perfect picture frame for the sea of blue Caribbean water just beyond. The open design of the living space incorporates the kitchen, dining and living room areas together allowing an easy flow of movement and conversation.

The kitchen is well equipped with most everything you will need to prepare and serve meals in.  But why not spoil yourself with one of our chefs… or take advantage of dining out at one of the numerous restaurants within a short walk of the condo. A round dining table is conveniently situated just off of the kitchen. In addition there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar which provide a good place for a quick snack.

A hallway just past the breakfast bar, leads to the two oceanfront bedrooms. The first is a guest bedroom with a King bed, domed red brick vaulted bodeda ceiling, built in desk and closets. Sliding glass doors provide access to the large oceanfront terrace and of course the views. At the end of this hallway you will find the Master suite. This stunning bedroom also has a brick domed bodeda ceiling, a King bed, custom built cabinetry, and en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition to the great oceanfront view from the Master suite is the attached terrace where you find lounge chairs and a jacuzzi style bathtub.

Back near the entrance to the condo you will find the second guest bedroom, a closet with a compact washer dryer combination and entry into the guest bathroom which is outfitted with a shower. The second guest bedroom has Twin beds, the same brick domed bodeda ceiling and custom built wood work. Although no water view, it has a beautiful stain glass window with a tropical underwater scene.

The Quinta del Sol complex boasts two freshwater pools in an appealing freeform design. The smaller oceanfront pool makes an inviting place to ‘chill’ while you watch the boats slip by on that gin blue ocean. The second pool is more like something you would find at a water park or large luxury hotel than at a condo complex. This stunning pool with Mayan wall standing tall over it will certainly keep the children entertained if there are any in your group.

The Quinta del Sol complex offers a sophisticated and intimate environment on a marvelous slice of white sand beach rimmed by bathtub warm Caribbean water. The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras. These buildings stand out even from a distance with their interesting lines. As they draw you in for closer inspection you cannot help but be impressed with the attention to detail. Arches & curves, hand carved doors, decorative iron work, chandeliers, stone carvings, marble mosaics, domed ceilings, and wonderful columns are all part of the extras which make these buildings something special.

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
4. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
5. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted holidays which is 1 week and during the winter season when stays of less than 1 week will be considered on an individual basis.
6. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage.
7. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo
9. Pets are not allowed at this complex.
