- The minimum rental period during the Spring, Summer, Fall I & II and Mid season is 2 nights. The minimum rental during the Winter season is 3 nights. During Presidents week and Thanksgiving the minimum rental is 4 nights. Christmas has a 5 night minimum rental and New Year a 7 night minimum rental period.
- A non-refundable $50 USD Accidental Damage Fee Waiver is required which provides up to $1000 USD in coverage.

Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted. .
