Centrally located on postcard perfect Aventuras Akumal bay, with the Bahia Principe resort at one end of the half mile long beach and the Be Live Grand Riviera Maya at the other. This two story, three bedroom, three bath, vacation rental is spacious, bright, cheerful and casually inviting.

Step inside villa Serenity and serenity is exactly what will overcome you… Rich hardwoods, local marbles & ceramic tiles, imported granite, colorful fabrics and bright open spaces are what this casually comfortable villa is made with. Of course the real reminder that you have left home and work behind is that gin clear water and palm tree dotted beach, that is so perfectly framed from every room in the house.

A built in wrap around couch in the living room allows you to sit and enjoy the view or a movie on the flat screen, satellite and DVD equipped TV. A stereo player is available and waiting for you to dust off your Jimmy Buffet CD’s and find the groove. The adjoining dining area has an eight seat square table for dining in or… another dining table just a few steps outside invites you to enjoy your meals al-fresco. The kitchen is large and appointed with everything one would need to prepare meals in should you decide.  Or… a cook can be arranged to prepare meals in so you are really spoiled. Day passes can also be purchased for the All Inclusive hotels at either end of the beach.

Large sliding glass doors stretch across the ocean frontage and open to a covered terrace with comfortable couches and chairs. Step off of the terrace and you are on the beach where chaise lounge chairs, the dining table, and a sunken sitting area with thatch palapa umbrella all contribute to meld indoor and outdoor living into one.

Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom with twin beds. The bedroom has ocean view and a large sliding glass door to the covered terrace and beach beyond. A bathroom with shower is conveniently positioned just outside the bedroom door. Upstairs are two mirror identical Master suites.  They stretch the width of the top floor and have sliding floor to ceiling glass doors on each end leading out to large terraces. The design not only affords both ocean and garden views but allows you to enjoy a pleasant tropical breeze when you sleep. A large covered terrace on each end is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a private sun downer with that someone special. Each of the master suites have ample en-suite bathrooms.  The highlight of which is the large showers with ocean views.

Villa Serenity has a pool located on the lot next door. This lot is owned and used only by the owners when they are in Mexico. When there are guests at Serenity, the owners, if in residence, will not use the pool or pool area at all giving the guests of Villa Serenity private and exclusive use.  There is an archway between the 2 lots for easy access to the pool.

Nearby is the Hacienda Dona Isabela shopping complex with plenty of gift stores, and an ATM machine, and for golfers the Riviera Maya Golf Club, which is the newest and most exciting golf course on the Riviera Maya is just across the street. Spanning 223 acres and set within 717 acres of tropical rainforest, this course was designed by Robert Trent Jones II who is well known for applying environmental sensibility with the latest technology

NOTES

• Rates are in US dollars and include 22% tax.
• Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
• Base rate is for the maximum occupancy of 6 persons.
• The minimum rental period during the Winter, Spring and Thanksgiving season is 5 nights. The minimum rental period during Summer, Fall I & II and Mid season is 4 nights. During Presidents week, Christmas & New Year the minimum rental period is 7 nights.
• A non-refundable $50 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1000 USD in coverage.
• Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
