Playa Blanca One

The small Playa Blanca complex is ideally situated on Akumal’s Half Moon Bay. The condo is well suited for those who are looking for a quiet, intimate destination away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and big resorts.

Playa Blanca One is on the ground floor with the beach right at the terrace doorstep. This makes for great convenience and spectacular views. The living, dining and kitchen areas are of an open concept which takes advantage of the view and creates a bright, airy and open space for the group to gather. A large built in L shaped couch is ideal for conversation, relaxation or to enjoy the view. These two couches can be converted into Single beds if required.

An L shaped breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the room while it too takes full advantage of the ocean view. A dining table for 6 directly in front of an oceanfront window makes the perfect place to enjoy a meal which is easy to prepare in-house because the condo has a full kitchen with everything needed.

The Master bedroom is located behind the living room. It is slightly elevated and has wooden louvered doors which when opened allow a view of the ocean from the King sized bed. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, and a custom built shower/tub combo, that also has wooden louvered doors that open up into the bedroom. These are so aligned that when the doors from the bedroom to the living room are also open, there is a view straight through to the ocean. The garden side Guest bedroom has two Queen Beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Playa Blanca condo complex is located on the gorgeous white sand beach of Half Moon Bay.  An outer reef protects the bay from large waves making it ideal for kids and snorkeling. Nearby restaurants, shops and activities provide the amenities that add up to a perfect tropical vacation.

RATES

NOTES

1. Rates are in US dollars and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Base rate is for up to 4 persons. Add $35 USD for each extra person up to a maximum of 6 persons.
4. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
5. Exact dates of seasons may vary. Please confirm.
6. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted Holidays, which have a minimum of 7 nights.
7. A non-refundable $250 USD Accidental Damage Fee Waiver is required which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.   .
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
