The living room has a couch and a comfortable sofa bed, which provide plenty of sitting area as well as offering great views. A recessed entertainment center has a smart TV and Blue Ray player. The TV comes with a Amazon Fire TV stick, so you don’t miss out on any of your favorite shows. The dining room is situated between the living room and kitchen and also enjoys the view. A dining table with seating for six provides the perfect setting for enjoying a meal in. A full size kitchen with a good compliment of dishware, cooking utensils and serving dishware is ready for you to prepare anything from your favorite blended cocktail, to a full sit down dinner.

The inviting Master Suite bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors out to the covered terrace and pool/beach just beyond. A chaise lounge and comfortable chair invite you to relax while you get lost in a book, watch the boats float by, or treat yourself to a well-deserved siesta.

The Guest bedroom is situated at the other end of the condo facing the rear pool and gardens. It has Twin beds, which can be converted to a King. Sliding glass doors access an inviting covered terrace with soothing view of the pool and gardens. An ideal place for your morning coffee. Conveniently located directly outside the bedroom is the second bathroom with shower.

As great as the indoor spaces are, Playa Blanca invites outdoor living at it’s best. The large covered oceanfront terrace has a dining table for enjoying your meals al-fresco. A comfortable couch to curl up with a good book, or a chaise lounge for a refreshing siesta, all await you.

The very desirable Quinta Maya complex consists of two low density buildings that are serviced by elevators, two free form swimming pools (one beachside and the other in the garden between the two buildings) and a most inviting slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, blue Caribbean water. The Quinta Maya complex amenities include off street parking, chaise lounges around the pools and beach, poolside washroom and a friendly maintenance staff.

The architect and developer of the Quinta group of condominium projects has brought great detail and classic Spanish design to Puerto Aventuras. 7. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
10. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful area of puerto aventuras. The property  was great, well maintained and we liked the fact that it was so close to the ocean. The residents and people around were very pleasant as well. One week wasn’t enough! We had an absolutely amazing time at Playa Blanca!  It really was just perfect for our family and friends. Really loved how easy it was to go between the beach, condo, and pool and be together but doing your own thing. We even named the neighborhood agouti that visited around everyday, his name is Joe now. And the view…. not enough words…  I know you get to see it everyday but i still have to share a couple pix with you. Your service was great! I really really appreciated how easy it was to contact and communicate with you. We had a problem with the wifi that I emailed and texted Lothar the property manager about (apparently it affected a couple of the condos) and he promptly replied and serviced it. We loved our stay at Play Blanca! The condo exceeded our expectations and the view of the beach was spectacular! We loved waking up each morning to the view of the beach, enjoying breakfast on the patio, and taking an early dip in the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable.  Thank goodness for air conditioning as the weather was hot last week! We felt very comfortable and everything worked well. Roberto stopped by twice to see if we needed anything. When we mentioned the shower and sink drains were slow, he went right to work to clear them.  He was very friendly and helpful. This condo shows exactly like the photos display. It was spotless and was stocked with so many of the essentials. The view was amazing and we counted only 45 steps from our terrace to the ocean, with the pool only 5 steps away. Going in April made for a very quiet stay with only 1/2 of the condos occupied in this building. The pool we had always to ourselves. Maybe only 6 others were on the beach with us. We could snorkel right off shore or take long walks up the beach and snorkel in front of the Omni or go further and snorkel in front of the Catalonia. The town centre is only a 5 minute walk down the beach. There are many good restaurants to choose from each night. Our favorite two were Latitude 20 for their fish and margaritas and O Sole O Mia for pasta and dessert. We did not rent a car because everything is within walking distance. One day we did rent a golf cart to snorkel at a few remote places. We received excellent service fromDesiree! She is very helpful and exceptionally quick replying to my emails. She provided our airport transfer which also included an hour stop at the large grocery store outside of the complex for our initial stock up.  After that you can pick up anything you need inside PA. One suggestion, pick up your liquor at the Cancun duty free shop when arriving. You are entitle to three 1ltr bottles per person and it is way cheaper than in town. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did, we will be going back for sure!

We absolutely loved the condo and staying at Quinta Maya! We were very happy with this choice and love being on Fatima Bay, even after walking the beach and going over to Quinta Luna.  Everything was perfect, there wasn’t anything missing and the view was spectacular. We sat out on the beach everyday even on those windy days and enjoyed the pool as well.  My husband and son did the majority of the snorkelling, almost daily, at 3 different places: our bay, in front of the Catalonia and even in the caleta over in phase four that a few condo owners told us about. That was a beautiful quiet spot. All the restaurants we tried were delicious, we especially loved the fish at Latitude 20, who also have the best Margaritas and believe me we tried them at every place! We definitely want to come back and would love to stay in the same condo. Everyone is just so friendly! Desiree was so helpful and quick with her responses. It can be nerve raking booking on line, but you made it seem effortless. It was a very positive experience!! Thank you again for everything!  Mary & Denis & Steve
