Mayan Ocean

Mayan Ocean is a gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bath ground floor vacation rental, perfectly situated just a few steps from a fabulous freeform pool at the Quinta del Sol condominium in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, along Mexico’s Riviera Maya. With a white sandy beach just steps beyond the pool and that gorgeously inviting crystal blue tropical waters lapping at the shore. This is the location and vision that will create a most memorable tropical vacation.

The condo has a spacious covered terrace with gate that provides access to the pool and beach just beyond. This large pool directly in front of the condo is one of the two pools at the Quinta del Sol vacation rental complex. The other pool is smaller and right beside the beach. This convenient location makes this condo an ideal choice for families who can relax in the shade of their private terrace while the kids frolic in the pool, or those who simply want to be able to easily transition between pool/beach side and their condo.

This lovely Quinta del Sol vacation rental is very spacious with an open concept living/dining area and kitchen. The living room has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that provide a view of the pool and ocean beyond while giving access to the large covered terrace that stretches the width of the condo. The living room has a large couch, a couple of easy chairs and a large flat screen TV with Canadian satellite.

A large hand made dining table with eight handmade chairs invites the group to sit down and enjoy a meal together. Out on the terrace there is a marble table with seating for six so you can also enjoy your meals ‘al fresco’. A gas grill on the terrace is perfect for grilling up a tasty Mexican arrachera steak or your fresh catch from your deep sea fishing adventure.

The granite bar between the dining area and kitchen has two stools, so an ideal place to serve up a quick snack to the kids, if you can drag them in from that pool and beach… The kitchen is finished with granite counter tops and handmade hardwood cabinets and equipped with full size appliances and everything you might need to prepare meals in.

The entrance to both of the bedrooms are situated off to the side of living/dining room. Both bedrooms are very spacious with lots of storage and individual control A/C. The master bedroom suite with its King bed, is on the pool/ocean side with a sliding glass door out to the terrace. An en-suite bathroom with shower is conveniently attached to the bedroom.

The guest bedroom has Twin beds that can be made up as a King. There is also a Single size Murphy style bed that opens out from the closet. For those that require even more room, a Queen size air mattress bed is available with advance notice. An attached en-suite bathroom with shower finishes off the room. For those that require it, a custom build chair in the living room can be made into a Single bed.

The Quinta del Sol vacation rental complex where condo ‘Mayan Ocean’ is located, is stylish and well located on Fatima Beach. Just a short stroll down this beach you will find the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club & Hotel and village center where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, services and the meeting place for many activities such as deep sea fishing, catamaran & snorkel tours and scuba diving operations among others.

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. Free night promotion does not apply during noted holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year).
4. Add $50 USD for Sunday arrivals and $50 USD for Sunday departures.
5. The minimum rental is 3 nights except noted holidays which is 1 week and during the winter season when stays of less than 1 week will be considered on an individual basis.
6. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage.
7. The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
8. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
10. Pets are not allowed at this complex.

REVIEWS

Quinta del Sol 113 is a special place. We spent 4 weeks there and wish we had booked longer. The pool, beach and condo grounds are beautiful and one of best in Puerto Aventuras. What makes this area so wonderful is the proximity to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. There are probably over 20 restaurants to choose from all within a 10 minute walking distance from the condo.  Total surprise for us!!  I must also mention the terrific service provided by Vida Caribe Rentals.  Any question or concern was ALWAYS answered/replied quickly and resolved. We had a wonderful time staying at the Mayan Ocean. Our accommodations were lovely. The bedrooms were spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was well appointed. When we needed a blender, one was delivered quickly. We had 2 small problems that were repaired quickly. Rosa with the property management company was remarkable.  She listened to suggestions and fixed any problems. We would stay there again. Sharon C. April 2017

Our stay was great, the condo was amazing actually. Lots of room tastefully decorated but most of all comfortable and a great location in the complex. The only thing would have been a mid stay clean but no big deal. (see our note below) Thank you for all the arrangements with travel went off very smoothly. We would be very comfortable making arrangements with you in the future. The lights are out on the deck so making it hard to spend evenings sitting out and reading a good book!
