Condo Hacienda de la Tortuga 10 is on the top floor of a small complex that is well situated on Half Moon Bay in Akumal. The beach and pool at Hacienda de la Tortuga is what beach vacations are made of. The coral reef in Half Moon Bay comes close to the shore at this location making it ideal for snorkeling.

This spacious condo has an open floor plan, two bedrooms with King Beds and en-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen and a large covered terrace with pleasing views of the pool and beach.  During most of the year the condo can be rented out as a one bedroom for a reduced rate.

The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen stretches across the entire ocean frontage of the condo. A built in L shaped couch and a dining table for 6 all are positioned to take advantage of the views. The kitchen is compact but is well equipped with all of the essentials to prepare a full meal or light snack. A breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen from the dining room. There is also a table and chairs on the terrace for enjoying your meals ‘al fresco’.

Both bedrooms have King Beds and en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom includes a hand crafted Mexican tiled soaking tub in the room for those romantic evenings. The room while not oceanfront, is elevated and designed with shutters that can be opened to capture a view of the ocean. The Guest bedroom also has a King bed and adjacent bathroom with tiled shower.

The Hacienda de la Tortuga complex offers a beach side pool, chaise lounge chairs, and thatch palapa umbrellas on the beach. This condo complex is a great choice for someone looking to enjoy a tropical beach vacation with a white sand beach stretching in both directions… calm blue Caribbean waters, an oceanfront pool and great restaurant on site.  And did we mention the view…

Half Moon Bay in Akumal offers an inviting family and couples atmosphere that is relaxed and casual. A number of restaurants, bars, shops and activities are available in Akumal making it a great place to spend a weeks’ vacation. Outside of Akumal there are many activities and services within a short drive that are easily accessible by rental car, taxi or the local bus system.

1. Rates are nightly rates in US dollars and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. The maximum occupancy for the one bedroom option is 2 people. The maximum occupancy for the two bedroom option is 4 people.
4. The minimum rental is 3 nights during the Winter season, 2 nights during the Low season, 4 nights during Presidents Week & Thanksgiving and 7 nights during the Holidays.
5. A non-refundable $50 USD Accidental Damage Fee Waiver is required which provides up to $1000 USD in coverage.
6. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.   .
