RATES

NOTES

1. Rates are in US dollars and do NOT include 22% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. The maximum occupancy is 13 persons.
4. The minimum rental period during the Winter, Spring and Thanksgiving season is 5 nights. The minimum rental period during Summer, Fall I & II and Mid season is 4 nights. During Presidents week, Christmas & New Year the minimum rental period is 7 nights.
5. A non-refundable $75 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1000 USD in coverage.
6. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
8. Pets are welcome! Please ask us about additional security deposit for pets.

SPECIAL SERVICE

Chef service includes the preparation of 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) for up to 10 guests. The cost of groceries and shopping fee are additional.
