Welcome to paradise…. Each of the two hallways off of the foyer will lead you into the very large, bright, and open living area with a 180 degree breath taking panoramic view of the ocean and pool. Although voluminous, the central living area is inviting and cozy with the room set up for different functions in different areas. One side of the room hosts a grouping of comfortable chairs and sofas. A writing desk completes this vignette. The other wing has a formal dining area with a massive square table with seating for 12. Ceiling to floor windows provide ocean and pool views for all.
In addition to a jaw dropping view from almost every room in the condo, the highlights of this most impressive property are an expansive open concept central living space, two of the three bedrooms are oceanfront, an office/den, charming Mexican inspired furnishings, original pieces of art and a large covered terrace that is a mere steps from the pool and beach.
An impressive fully equipped kitchen takes center stage in the pie shape design of the room. Bar stools adorn the front for a great breakfast or lunch bar or impromptu kitchen party. The kitchen comes complete with the same stunning views that the rest of the condo enjoys. In addition to the large dining table, dining options include a small circular table in front of the kitchen stools at the kitchen counter for a quick snack, or best yet…. is to dine like the locals and enjoy your meals ‘al fresco’ on the terrace.
Located off of the entry foyer is an office/den/entertainment room with satellite TV, a large L shaped couch and a desk. This multifunctional room can be closed off providing a quiet place should someone need it, or an ideal place to settle the kids in to a movie on the large screen TV while the adults enjoy a cool beverage and conversation on the terrace.
On the west wing of the condo is the Master Suite with King bed, large en-suite bathroom and private oceanfront terrace that is just steps from the beach. What better place to enjoy a morning coffee or romantic cocktail as you watch the sun set over the bay. On the east wing are the two guest bedrooms. The first is a cheerful, oceanfront room with walk out terrace to the pool and beach just beyond. It has two full size beds, plus a twin bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The thrid bedroom is also located on the east wing. It has two full size beds and a bathroom with shower conveniently located just outside the entry door.
The fourth bedroom is a bright, airy, studio in a separate building above the garage. This studio is semi self-contained with a coffee bar and attached bathroom with shower. The studio has a Double and Single bed, making it ideal for older children/teens, a couple, or for someone in the group wanting a little more privacy. Although the view is of a parking lot and the street, there are lots of plants visible and the entire complex construction and maintenance has great attention to detail, making it quite pleasant and private despite it’s less than ideal physical location.
Laguna del Mar is one of a select few Puerto Aventuras condos available to the rental market in the captivatingly gorgeous, Quinta Luna condo complex. The Quinta Luna complex consists of a single, very stylish building done in a modern Mexican design. Great attention to detail has been taken throughout the building and the units. The Quinta Luna complex boasts a marvelous slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water. There is an on-site air conditioned workout room for guest use, a fabulous infinity pool with shallow end for the kids, and tasteful sitting and lounging areas on the sand and around the pool. From condo Laguna del Mar it is a short 15 – 20 minute walk to the village center. Golf carts are available in the village center for daily and weekly rental should you really want to spoil yourself.
Quinta Luna offers a sophisticated and intimate environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners whom you can’t help but meet during your stay. There are no time share sales people here and only a few of the units are available as rentals so everyone knows each other, yet privacy is respected.
