Casa Arena is a spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom oceanfront condo in the highly sought after Villas del Mar condo complex, in the gated residential and resort community of Puerto Aventuras. This beautiful condo is located on the ground floor of the new ‘D’ building. The complex is gated, with off-street parking, private tennis court, impressive green spaces, an enormous oceanfront pool and an enviable place on the beach. In other words… just about perfect for anyone’s taste.

The master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom will transport you to an oasis of tranquillity and privacy. It also has a TV with satellite and sitting area with desk in front of a large window with a garden view. The guest bedroom has two full beds and ensuite bathroom, also with satellite TV.

The Villas del Mar condo complex offers the ideal recipe for a very special tropical vacation. Security, amenities, a casual atmosphere and a post card perfect location. The Puerto Aventuras development is unique to the Riviera Maya with a classy blend of American amenities, Mexican flair, and tropical ambiance. The development is small and safe enough that you can let the kids run free, but large enough that you will find an impressive array of restaurants, bars, shops, activities and services. The best part, is that they are all within a 10 minute or less walk from the Casa Arena.

RATES

NOTES

1. Rates are in USD and do not include 19% tax.
2. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
3. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
4. The general minimum rental is 3 nights. Minimum rental for the holiday weeks is 7 nights (Presidents Week Feb 18-24/2023, Easter-Semana Santa April 1-11/2023, Thanksgiving Nov 19-25/2022 and Nov 18-24/2023)
5. A non-refundable $95 USD Accidental Damage Waiver Fee is required, which provides up to $1500 USD in coverage against accidental damage to the property.
6. Housekeeping service with towel change is included twice per week. Linen change is once per week.
7. Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit, parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests is a direct violation of our rental agreement and could be reason to ask you to vacate unless prior permission has been granted.
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
9. Pets are not allowed at this complex.
